BBQ Chicken
There are two kinds of BBQ Chicken.
The kind where you cook it on a "pit"
for several hours while applying a SOP (recipe
here) every half hour or so. This is usually
what you get at a BBQ Restaurant.
This
recipe is for a different kind that can easily
be made at home with a small charcoal or gas
grill.
Ingredients

1 Chicken (quartered)

Special Shit or Good
Shit
-
BBQ Shit
Preparation:
1. Season Liberally with Special Shit
or Good Shit (Good Shit is
a little sweeter than Special)
2. Put the coals (or turn the gas) on one
side of the grill
3. Place the chicken on the other side of
grill and keep the temperature moderate
4. Every 20 minutes or so flip the bird and
check the temperature by placing your hands
above the coals (if it leaves burned skin
on your hand it's too hot)
5. Depending on the size of the chicken and
the hotness of your grill this could take
up to a couple of hours
6. After the bird is done, slather BBQ
Shit on one side. Cover the grill
for 5-10 minutes. Flip the chicken and slather
the other side. Cover the grill for another
5-10 minutes.
7. Remove from grill and let rest for 5-10
minutes. Enjoy!
