There is no better (or easier) way to cook baby back ribs. To prepare the
rack of Ribs, rub the meaty side of the ribs with Special Shit Seasoning or
Good Shit Seasoning. Place them on a pit, but off the coals, and cook them
90% of the way done. By now your coals are losing heat pretty fast so just
start basting the ribs with the glaze below.

Preparation:
Place both ingredients in a microwave safe dish, I use a measuring cup, and
nuke (microwave) for 30-60 seconds. Stir using a basting brush and apply to
ribs during the last few minutes of barbequing. Folks, it just don’t get
any better than this!
