Ingredients:
1-1 lb pan sausage ( Owens, Jimmy
Dean, venison sausage is even better)
2 - 10oz can Rotel, diced tomatoes and peppers
1 - 3lb Block of Velveeta Cheese
2 Medium size Jalapeno peppers (optional)
1 Tbsp Aw Shit Hot
n' Spicy Seasoning
Brown the sausage on the cook
top or microwave. Pour out on paper towels
to get rid of as much grease as possible.
Drain as much liquid from the Rotel diced
tomatoes and peppers as possible and pour
into a blender or food processor along with
the jalapeno peppers that have been cut into
quarters (seeds and all if you dare). Process
until the big chunks disappear. In a microwave
safe bowl, pour liquid from the blender, and
the Velveeta that has been cut into 1 inch
cubes. Nuke for a couple of minutes and stir.
This mess is going to look horrible but don’t
despair. As it heats thoroughly it will begin
to come together. Continue heating until mixture
is smooth and creamy, then stir in the Aw
Shit. Kick back and relax.
