 Chocolate Mousse

 
Ingredients:

  • 1 6oz package chocolate bits

  • 2 1/2 tbl Grand Marnier

  • 2 whole eggs plus 2 egg yolks

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/4 C sugar

  • 1 C heavy cream

Preparation:

Melt chocolate and liqueur in microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes and set aside.  Combine eggs, vanilla, and sugar in blender for 1-2 minutes.  Add the cream and blend 1 minute longer.  Add chocolate mixture and blend until smooth.  Poor mixture into 6 Ramekins.  Chill 2-3 hours before serving.
