Ingredients: 

• 1/2 cup catsup 

• 2 Tbs. brown sugar 

• 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard 

• 4 tsps. Worcestershire sauce 

• 4 tsps. Special Shit 

• 1 egg 

• 1 1/2 cups Wheat Chex® cereal 

• 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 

In a large bowl combine catsup, brown sugar and mustard.  Reserve  4 Tbs. mixture for topping.  To remaining mixture add Worcestershire sauce, Special Shit, and egg.  Blend well.  Stir in Wheat Chex®.  Let stand 5 minutes.  Break up Wheat Chex®.  Add ground beef.  Mix well.  Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan.  Bake in 350° F. oven for 65 minutes.  Spread top with reserved catsup mixture.  Bake additional 15 minutes.  Makes about 6 servings.
