 Stuffed Cornish Hens Recipe

Easy Stuffed Cornish Hens

It sounds pretty fancy, but this is a super-simple way to stuff and roast Cornish Game Hens. Just use your favorite brand of stuffing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cornish Game Hens, giblets removed

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • Special Shit Seasoning

  • 4 Tbsp melted butter

  • 1 package of your favorite stuffing mix (I prefer Turkey flavored)

Preheat oven to 400º

Prepare stuffing mix according to the directions on the package.

Rinse the hens inside and out, and pat dry. Rub the hens lightly with Special Shit seasoning, inside and out. Tie the drumsticks together so that the stuffing won't fall out. Spoon the stuffing mixture into the cavities of the hens.

Place hens in a shallow roasting pan, and lightly brush each one with melted butter. Pour the chicken broth in the bottom of the pan.

Roast for about 40-45 minutes, basting with the broth halfway through.
