Eat What You Want!

May is the Month
for Food Lovers

May is a wonderful month indeed; not only is the weather fantastic, but it's also National Barbecue Month-- and obviously, that gets us super excited here at the Big Cock Ranch. And it's not just about barbecue this month, no... May is the month for National Chocolate Mousse Day, National Homebrew Day, National Barbecue Day, and perhaps the best and simultaneously worst of all, National "Eat What You Want" Day. May leaves us no excuse for neglecting our palates.

And to help celebrate good food in all its glory, we're offering a great deal on the best gift pack on the planet: The Whole Sh*t & Kaboodle. With some of everything we have to offer, this gift pack is the best way to show somebody (or yourself) some appreciation; the cooking possibilities are endless. Who doesn't like great food?

And of course this month's recipe is sure to please. Grill up some of your favorite hot dogs and top 'em with our AwShit Hot Dog Chili recipe; one taste of it and there will definitely be a smile on your face, we sh*t you not!

Recipe: AwShit Hot Dog Chili
AwShit Hot Dog Chili

If you like your chili dog to be HOT, then this chili recipe is for you. It's just the thing to make you say "AwwwShit!"

Ingredients

* 1 lb ground chuck
* 1 can (21 oz.) tomato juice
* 4 Tbsp AwShit
* 2 Tbsp chili powder
* 2 Tbsp SpecialShit
* ½ Tbsp sugar
* ½ of a large onion, finely diced
* ketchup, to taste

Preparation

1. Combine all of the ingredients except the ketchup. Mix them together with your hands until you can no longer see the tomato juice.

2. Cook over medium heat. Once it starts browning, reduce to a simmer. Simmer 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally.

3. Add a few squirts of ketchup. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
We sure hope that you and those who are important to you have been safe through all the recent spring storms. Take care, and have fun! We'll see you next month. Til then, Happy Eating!
