GoodShit One-Skillet Apple Porkchops

If your weeks are as busy as mine, then an easy, one-skillet meal is a great option to feed the family. These pork chops are simple, quick, and delicious. And if you feel like overachieving, they're great with mashed potatoes, rice, or cornbread. (But, no pressure!)

Ingredients

* 4 boneless pork loin chops

* 1 large onion, cut into thin slices

* 3 medium apples, cut into wedges

* 1/4 cup water

* 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

* 3/4 tsp GoodShit

Directions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the pork chops on both sides and remove from the pan.

2. In the same skillet, combine the apples, onion, add water. Place the pork chops on top, drizzle with the vinegar, and then sprinkle with GoodShit.

3. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat. Simmer, covered, until the pork chops reach 145ºF (about 3-5 minutes).
