BullShit Filet Mignon Recipe

Is there a more romantic dish to serve to your sweetheart than filet mignon? Pair with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a simple green salad, and savor the bold flavors of BullShit.

Ingredients:

* 2 filet mignon steaks (6-8 oz each)
* 2 Tbsp olive oil
* 2 tsp BullShit
* 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional for garnish)

Preparation:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Take the filet mignon steaks out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking to allow them to come to room temperature. This ensures even cooking.
2. Pat the filet mignon steaks dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Drizzle olive oil over each steak, rubbing it evenly on all sides. Sprinkle BullShit, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides of each steak, pressing the seasoning into the meat for maximum flavor.
3. Heat a cast-iron skillet or oven-safe pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add a bit of olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Place the seasoned filet mignon steaks in the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until a golden-brown crust forms.
4. If you're using an oven-safe skillet, transfer the entire pan to the preheated oven. Alternatively, transfer the seared steaks to a baking dish. Roast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes for medium-rare, or adjust the time based on your preferred level of doneness.
5. Remove the steaks from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a juicy and tender result. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the steaks for an optional garnish. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
