* 1 package frozen puff pastry
* 1/4 cup butter
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 1/4 cup flour
* 1 Tbsp Special Shit
* salt and pepper, to taste
* 1 cup chicken broth
* 3/4 cup milk
* 2 3/4 cups cooked, cut up chicken
* 1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables

Preparation:

Thaw pastry according to package directions.
Heat the butter in a large saucepan; add the onion and cook it until it's somewhat tender.
Add the flour, Special Shit, salt, and pepper, mixing until smooth.
Slowly add the broth and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and is evenly thickened.
Stir in chicken and vegetables.
Cool slightly. Spoon into baking dish.
Roll out the puff pastry, cutting slits in it for the steam to escape, and cover the mixture in the baking dish with it.
Bake on lower rack in oven @ 375*F. until filling is bubbling and crust is puffed and golden brown. 30-35 minutes.
