Grilled Chicken Thighs feat. ChickenShit

If you're looking for an easy chicken thighs recipe, then look no further. Just use ChickenShit and this simple sauce. Yum! There is no better (or easier) way to cook baby back ribs. To prepare the rack of ribs, rub the meaty side of the ribs with Special Shit Seasoning or Good Shit Seasoning. Place them on a pit, but off of the coals, and cook them 90% of the way done. By now your coals are losing heat pretty fast so just start basting the ribs with the glaze below.


* 2 Tbsp ChickenShit
* 8 lb chicken thighs
* 1/2 cup butter
* 1/2 cup cider vinegar
* 1/2 cup ketchup
* 1/2 cup lemon juice
* 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
* 1 Tbsp hot sauce


1. Rub the ChickenShit into the chicken thighs, making sure to cover all surfaces. Put the chicken into the refrigerator and let it sit for up to 12 hours.
2. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Then reduce heat and simmer until the sauce begins to thicken.
4. Place the chicken thighs onto the grill and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 180 degrees. When it's almost finished, baste with the sauce from the sauce pan. Save any leftover sauce for dipping.
