Cream Gravy

Cream Gravy is a great compliment to many Southern dishes, and it is so easy to make! Just use the drippings in the pan from the steak, sausage, bacon, chicken, or whatever it is that you fried up.


* 3tbsp. pan drippings
* 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
* 1 ½ cups milk
* 1/2 tsp. Special Shit
* 1/8 tsp. pepper


Pour off all but 3 tablespoons of pan drippings. Blend in the flour. Stir in milk, Special Shit, and pepper. Continue cooking and stirring until gravy thickens and bubbles, for about 1 minute. If gravy is too thick, add more milk. It’s as easy as that!
