Ingredients:
* 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 2 Tbsp olive oil
* 2 Tbsp AwShit (adjust to taste)
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 Tbsp honey
* 1 Tbsp soy sauce
* 1 Tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
* Juice of 1 lime
* Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
* Lime wedges for serving
Preparation:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the AwShit, minced garlic, honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice. Taste the marinade to ensure it's at your preferred level of spiciness. Adjust the AwShit or sriracha sauce if needed. Set aside.
2. Place the peeled and deveined shrimp in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the shrimp, ensuring they are evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Using tongs, remove the shrimp from the marinade and add them to the hot skillet. Be careful not to overcrowd the pan; you may need to cook the shrimp in batches. Sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn pink and slightly crispy on the outside. Be cautious not to overcook them; they should be tender and juicy.
4. Transfer the cooked shrimp to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve with lime wedges.
