Fried Snacks featuring SpecialShit

Ok, so these might not be the healthiest snacks in the world, but they sure do taste good! Just make sure you don't tell your cardiologist.

* 2 eggs
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 2/3 cans of beer
* 1/4 cup SpecialShit
* cooking oil (vegetable oil or peanut oil)

1. Fill your frying pan with cooking oil until it's about 1/2 inch deep, and heat to 300° F.
2. Combine all the other ingredients and stir until it reaches the consistency of pancake batter.

Onion Rings:
Slice as many onions as thick or thin as you wish, sprinkle with cornstarch, dip in the batter, drain the excess off and add, one at a time, to a pan with 300 degree oil in it. Overcrowding will cause them to stick together so watch it. Cook until golden brown. Remove, drain well and sprinkle with SpecialShit.

Fried Okra:
Same as above but cut the okra into 1-in. pieces. Okra is good with AwShit sprinkled on them at the end too.

Fried Pickles:
What you're looking for here is a hamburger dill pickle but twice as thick, so you will probably have to make your own from just regular dill pickles. Don’t season the pickles before or after cooking. Just dip them in the batter and add to the oil one at a time and cook until golden brown.

Feeling adventurous? Try it with slices of zucchini or sweet potatoes! As long as you don't slice anything too thick, this recipe will work well with just about anything. Heck, that's one way to get your kids to eat their vegetables.
