GoodShit Grilled Salmon


This is a simple, delicious marinade for salmon that is also super easy tocustomize. It's nice and light but packed full of flavor! Serve over a bed of greens if you're feeling health-conscious, but it's also great with roasted potatoes and asparagus.


Ingredients:

* 1 pound of fresh salmon fillets
* 1/2 cup orange juice
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* 1 Tbsp olive oil
* 2 Tbsp Good Shit
* 1 Tbsp Special Shit
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp orange peel
* t/2 tsp minced garlic


Preparation:


1. Sprinkle salmon fillet on both sides with GoodShit.
2. In a small bowl, stir together orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, and all the seasonings.
3. Put the salmon in a large resealable bag, add the mixture, and turn to coat the salmon completely. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
4. Preheat grill for medium heat.
5. Lightly oil the grill grate. Put the salmon on the grill, and throw away the marinade. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Optional: For more sweetness, add 3 Tbsp of brown sugar to the marinade. For more spice, add a dash of red pepper flakes, or 1 tsp of Aw Shit, if you're feeling frisky.
