Grilled ChickenShit Thighs
These savory, moist, delicious chicken thighs are almost too good; we promise you'll find yourself licking your fingers (and probably your plate)! Pair with your favorite side dishes like grilled vegetables, corn on the cob, or a fresh green salad.
Ingredients
* 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
* 2 Tbsp olive oil
* 2 Tbsp ChickenShit
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)
Preparation
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375-400°F.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and ChickenShit until well combined.
3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then brush them generously with the seasoned olive oil mixture on both sides. Make sure to coat each thigh evenly.
4. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper to taste, ensuring they are well seasoned.
5. Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the preheated grill, skin side down. Grill for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. While grilling, occasionally baste the chicken thighs with any remaining seasoned olive oil mixture to keep them moist and flavorful.
6. Once the chicken thighs are cooked through and have a nice charred exterior, remove them from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
7. Let the grilled chicken thighs rest for a few minutes before serving. Squeeze fresh lemon wedges over the top for an extra burst of flavor, if desired.
