Perfect Porkchops

Light up your grill and cook you up some of the tastiest, most tender pork chops you've ever eaten! BadAssShit will not only leave your chops nice and tender, but it'll also give just the right amount of seasoning without overpowering the meat, so you'll really taste the natural flavor of the pork. For this reason, make sure you choose the best cuts!


* 4 bone-in thick center cut or rib pork chops
* 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
* 3 tsp BadAssShit, divided


1. Rub the chops all over with half of the BadAssShit, and then place in the fridge for a few hours.
2. When you're ready to cook, heat your outdoor grill to high heat, about 500°F.
3. Drizzle the pork chops with olive oil and then sprinkle with the rest of the BadAssShit.
4. Grill the chops by searing each side for 2 minutes over the high heat. Then move the chops to an upper rack or a spot with indirect heat to finish cooking.
5. Reduce the burners to medium, close the lid, and cook for about 15 more minutes until the internal temperature is 145°F.
6. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
