GoodShit Popcorn Balls

Popcorn balls are a great, easy treat for Halloween or any holiday party-- not to mention, kids love making them AND eating them! We've knocked the recipe up a couple of notches by adding GoodShit, the salty-sweet member of our family of seasonings.

* 7 quarts popped popcorn
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 cup light corn syrup
* 1/4 cup water
*1/2 tsp GoodShit
* 3 Tbsp butter
* 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Heat oven to 200°F. Place popped popcorn in a large baking pan and put it in the oven to keep it warm.
2. Combine the sugar, corn syrup, water and GoodShit together in a heavy saucepan, and cook it over medium heat until it reads 235° with a candy thermometer.
3. Remove the pan from heat. Add the butter and vanilla extract, and stir until the butter is melted. Immediately pour it over the popcorn and stir until all of the popcorn is evenly coated.
4. When the mixture has cooled enough to handle, dip your hands into cold water and quickly shape the popcorn into 3-inch balls.
