Special Shit Potato Salad

Perhaps the perfect sidekick to any grilled meat is potato salad; it’s practically a staple at any summer barbecue. So why not make your potato salad unforgettable?


* 5 lbs red potatoes
* 6 eggs
* 2 cups mayonnaise
* 1 onion, diced
* 2 green onions, sliced
* 1 small green bell pepper, seeded and diced
* 3 stalks of celery, sliced
* 3 tsp. Special Shit


1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for about 15-20 minutes, until they’re tender but still firm. Drain them, and when they’re cool, cut them into cubes.

2. Put the eggs into a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, and then immediately remove it from the heat. Cover the pan and let the eggs stand in the hot water for 10-12 minutes. Remove them from the hot water, and once they’re cooled, peel and chop them.

3. In a large bowl, add the chopped potatoes and eggs. Add the mayonnaise, onion, green onion, bell pepper, celery, and Special Shit. Cover and chill, either for several hours or overnight. Sprinkle the top with Aw Shit before serving, for an extra kick!
