Ribeye Steaks
With a Slight Kick
I have cooked and eaten ribeye steaks all my life. Like most people, for me it is the preferred steak to enjoy. While experimenting I came up with this recipe-- hands down the best steak I've ever had.
Ingredients:
* 2 ribeye steaks about an inch thick
* SpecialShit
*1 Tbsp dry mustard
* 1 Tbsp brown sugar
* 2 Tbsp warm water
* 4 Tbsp anchovy paste
* 2 tsp onion powder
* 2 tsp garlic powder
* 2 tsp fine black pepper
* 1 tsp white pepper
Preparation:
Season steaks on both sides with SpecialShit and let them stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Mix dry mustard, brown sugar, and water and mix until the sugar is dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
SpreadĀ the paste on both sides of the steaks and refrigerate for two hours. Bring the steaks to room temperature and place on a grill over high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side. Let rest and enjoy.
