Grilled Ribeye with Mushrooms

This ribeye is almost too good. It's buttery, tender, juicy... and with the mushrooms, it makes such a stunning main dish that nobody would believe how easy it is to prepare.


* 4 ribeye steaks
* BullShit Steak Seasoning
* 8 oz container of button mushrooms, sliced into thirds
* 2 Tbsp butter
* 1 small shallot, minced
* 2 cloves of garlic, minced
* ½ Tsp SpecialShit


1. Season both side of Ribeye steaks with BullShit and allow to stand at room temperature for one hour prior to cooking.
2. Place on grill and cook to desired doneness (please, no more than medium though)
3. Over medium heat in a small saucepan, melt the butter to just a simmer.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook, stirring often until mushrooms are coated and begin to give up their moisture.Cook for roughly 5 minutes, being careful not to overcook.
5. Top the steaks with the mushrooms and enjoy! (serves 4)
