Special Shit Squash (compliments of Mellissa)

This makes a colorful and healthy side dish, and it's incredibly easy to make.


* 3 zucchini
* 3 yellow squash
* 3 Roma tomatoes
*2 Tbsp Special Shit
*ΒΌ cup bottled Italian dressing


Spray a 9x12 oblong dish with Pam. Cut the zucchini, squash and tomatoes into small, bite size chunks and place in the baking dish. Add the Special Shit and Italian dressing and stir. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until the zucchini and squash are tender but not mushy.
